Our client from the Middle East was venturing into the indoor playground business for the first time. They had visited several successful local parks and understood exactly what kids loved. But copying wasn’t their plan — they wanted all the popular hits, plus something truly unique that no one else in the region offered.
With a clear vision and a 6‑meter ceiling height to work with, the client came to LALAPANDIA. We immediately saw the opportunity: go vertical. By stacking more play structures upward, we could maximize the space while delivering the excitement kids craved — and a signature feature that would set their park apart.
The design focused on two standout elements:
Vertical Play Structures – Taking full advantage of the 6‑meter ceiling, we engineered multi‑level climbing nets, slides, and activity towers that turn height into adventure.
Giant Airship at the Entrance – A massive, eye‑catching airship that kids point at and parents photograph. It became the park’s iconic landmark, blending play value with social media appeal.
All other popular attractions (ball pits, trampolines, soft play zones) were incorporated based on the client’s market research, ensuring the park delivered the “greatest hits” parents and kids already loved.
The project moved fast, with a total of 16 weeks from contract signing to grand opening:
Design phase: 4 weeks of close collaboration
Remaining 12 weeks covered site check, engineering, production, shipping, and on‑site installation
Every milestone was met, and the doors opened exactly on schedule — a critical win for a first‑time operator.
The park launched successfully, with the giant airship becoming an instant local icon. Our sales, production, and installation teams managed the entire process end to end, proving that at LALAPANDIA, we take first‑time operators from a single idea to a packed grand opening. That’s not just a promise — it’s our standard.
