1. Client Background

Our European client, an innovative business team, aimed to build a distinctive indoor activity center targeting teens and adults — a demographic often overlooked by traditional indoor parks. Their bold vision: merge VR technology with unpowered physical play to create an FEC (Family Entertainment Center) where digital immersion and real-world adventure coexist. The site: an 800m² warehouse, planned for launch in 2025.

2. How We Joined Forces

The client evaluated manufacturers worldwide. LALAPANDIA stood out for our proven track record in custom amusement facilities and innovative solutions. After initial discussions, a full project partnership was formed — turning a bold idea into a concrete plan.

3. Design Plan for the Site

The site layout called for distinct zones, each with its own identity under a unified sporty IP theme. Our factory-direct, custom approach ensured a branded, cohesive experience.

Trampoline Park
A spacious trampoline area with beginner and advanced zones, wrapped in dynamic IP decor for safety and visual appeal.

Climbing Wall
A realistic climbing wall with varied slopes and routes, enhanced by sporty IP patterns to motivate climbers.

Rope Course
A high-altitude, adventure-themed rope course for thrill-seekers, leveraging the full ceiling height and decorated with bold IP elements.

Playground Area
Classic elements like slides and swings received a modern makeover with interactive features and sporty IP characters.

Ninja Course
A ninja-themed obstacle course featuring rope-swings and balance beams. Ninja-style IP made it a hit for fitness and adventure seekers.

VR Area
Independent VR pods equipped with the latest hardware and custom content — all wrapped in sporty IP-designed exteriors for immersive digital experiences.

Rest Area
A comfortable zone between attractions, furnished with seating, charging stations, and vending machines, decorated in sporty IP style for a cohesive look.

4. Project Timeline

Design (6 weeks)
Close collaboration with the client to finalize layout, equipment specifications, and IP branding.

Production (10 weeks)
Custom manufacturing with quality suppliers, including bespoke VR content development.

Installation & Debugging (4 weeks)
On-site installation and system tuning at the European location.

Total project duration (excluding shipping): 20 weeks

5. Results & Client Reaction

The activity center became a local sensation. The sporty IP boosted brand recognition and even spawned merchandise. The client was thrilled — and the project proved our ability to deliver complex, multi-zone FECs for demanding clients across Europe.
