1. Client Background

A first-time operator in Manila reached out to us about opening an indoor playground. No industry background, no supplier contacts — just a 300m² space with a 3.8‑meter ceiling and an idea. They needed help with everything, starting from how to properly measure their site.

2. How We Joined Forces

We talked through a few design directions and landed on a macaron‑themed forest — soft pastels, wooden textures, whimsical tree shapes. The kind of space that makes parents pull out their phones before the kids even take off their shoes. The client loved the concept immediately.

3. Design Plan for the Site

With only 3.8 meters of ceiling height, every square meter had to count. We packed in as much play value as possible without making the space feel cramped. Key features included:

  • Multi‑level play structures – Climbing nets, small slides, and crawl tunnels stacked efficiently

  • Macaron‑color ball pit – A central visual anchor with soft pastel spheres

  • Interactive floor games – Projection-based activities that don't require vertical space

  • Quiet corner for toddlers – Separate soft play zone using the same forest aesthetic

The design avoided tall towers and instead focused on horizontal layering and smart zoning.

4. Project Execution

We handled everything end‑to‑end:

  • Site assessment and precise measurement

  • Custom design and equipment selection

  • Layout planning and engineering drawings

  • Full installation (our team flew to Manila for the on‑site build)

Had a couple of small issues on‑site — nothing major, just real‑world adjustments that don't show up on floor plans. Fixed them the same day. One team, no handoffs.

5. Results & Client's Reaction

About 60 days from the first conversation to opening day. The client had never run an indoor playground before, but they didn't need to — we guided every step. After opening, the client started sending other operators our way, and they're already talking to us about a second location. That kind of referral says more than any quote.

6. The Takeaway

You don't need industry experience or a tall ceiling to open a successful indoor playground. You need a partner who measures, designs, supplies, and installs — and stays with you until the first kids run in. Got a small or tricky space? We make it work. Drop us a line.
